The community is celebrating the arrival with a 12-hour Grand Opening Beach Party from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with two surfing simulators, music and giveaways.One lucky winner will receive Free Pollo Tropical for a Year*!
Grand Opening Beach Party festivities begin early at 9:00 a.m. As part of the festivities, the first 100 guests in line for the restaurant to open at 10:30 a.m. will be entered to win Free Pollo Tropical Chicken for a Year*. The first 100 guests will also receive a coupon for a Free Pollo Tropical Create Your Own Family Meal, valid at a future visit.
The new Cool Springs location will feature its famous Grilled Chicken, Create Your Own TropiChop® Bowls, savory Mojo Roast Pork, and Guava BBQ Riblets. In addition, guests can enjoy Caribbean Fajitas, Create Your Own Family Meals, KidsMeals and side dishes like Caribbean Corn Souffle, Macaroni & Cheese, yuca and much more.
To top off its tropical menu offerings, the complimentary Pollo Tropical Salsa Bar is stocked with a variety of unique and tempting sauces – including the Spicy Poyo Poyo Sauce, Cilantro Garlic, Fresh Salsa, Salsa Fuego, Curry Mustard, Guava BBQ and more. The new location also features the “Pollo on the Go” drive thru. Pollo Tropical in Cool Springs will open daily at 10:30 a.m. The location is just off Cool Springs Boulevard and is conveniently close to Interstate 65 (Exit 68).
