Guests are amazed by the scenic beauty of Choctawhatchee Bay lining the course, along with the pine forests and wetlands of the Emerald Coast. Side by side with Sandestin’s Raven Golf Club, it is the only place in the world where Rees and Robert Trent Jones Jr. courses meet.
Course architect Tom Jackson designed the Links Golf Club which has a winding layout against the backdrop of the Baytowne Marina and the Choctawhatchee Bay. The course was designed more than 25 years ago and remains consistently ranked as one of the most challenging and fun courses in Florida.
Baytowne Golf Club sits between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the banks of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The course was renovated in 2005 and takes guests from the beach to the bay.In addition, golfers under the age of 12 receive a free round of golf at Baytowne year round after 12 p.m. when accompanied by a full paying adult. Complimentary kid’s rental sets and kids yardage guides are also provided at Baytowne Golf Club. The Junior Golf Program at Sandestin also extends a half-price discount to golfers 17 years of age or younger during all seasons at Sandestin.
