CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – On May 31, 2014 The Women For Bullock-Neal for Juvenile Court Judge are hosting a luncheon titled Breaking The Glass Ceiling at the Clarksville Country Club 334 Fairway Drive Clarksville, TN 37043 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
This event will look at some of the obstacles that have prevented women from advancing in their careers. It will also discuss networking and making recommendations for overcoming the obstacles women encountered on their individual journeys to success.
Dr. Merriel Bullock-Neal has been selected as the keynote speaker. Licensed as an attorney, in school psychology, and in special education has giving her the experience to speak truthfully on the obstacles women face in pursing their career. She is also seeking the position of Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge.
“In my general practice I have worked in many areas of civil and criminal law and I have litigated cases in Juvenile Court, General Sessions, Circuit Court and other courts throughout Middle Tennessee,” Dr. Bullock-Neal explained. “During this time I have hoped to be an example of what any person can do when they put their mind to it, this is why I am honored to be speaking at the Breaking The Glass Ceiling Luncheon.”
